Welcome to Spiral to Emerge Coaching. By accessing this website or purchasing any service, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to the terms below.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the use of this website and the coaching services offered by Spiral to Emerge™, operated by Nirala Ramlall as a sole proprietor in South Africa. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

2 · Coaching Services

  • Sessions may be delivered in person or online.

  • Coaching is not therapy, medical advice, or legal representation.

  • Services focus on personal/professional and leadership development.

3 · Booking & Payment

4 · Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Clients may cancel/reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Late cancellations or noshows may be charged in full.

  • The Consultant may reschedule sessions with reasonable notice.

  • Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods: EFT, credit/debit card, or secure platforms.

  • Invoices are issued in the name of Nirala Ramlall, sole proprietor, trading as Spiral to Emerge™

5 · Confidentiality

  • All information shared is confidential.

  • Exceptions: required by law or to prevent harm.

  • Data handling complies with POPIA.

6 · Client Responsibilities

  • A coaching would be entered into by client and coach.

  • Clients are responsible for their own decisions and outcomes.

  • Coaching requires active participation.

  • No guarantee of specific results.

7. Website Use

  • Content is for informational purposes only.

  • No copying, distribution, or exploitation without consent.

  • Website must not be used unlawfully.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Spiral to Emerge™ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

9. Governing Law

  • Governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

  • Disputes fall under South African jurisdiction.

10. Amendments

  • Spiral to Emerge™ may update these T&Cs.

  • Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
